AgentReady™ is operated by Naphix Pty Ltd trading as WP Creative.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use AgentReady™.

AgentReady™ helps you understand how ready your website is for AI agents, crawlers, and automated systems. To do this, we need to scan parts of the website you submit and process the results.

What we collect

When you use AgentReady™, we may collect:

  • The website URL you submit
  • Crawl timestamp
  • IP hash, not your raw IP address
  • Your name, email, company, role, country, and other form fields you submit
  • Scan results, scores, category scores, and individual check results
  • HTML snippets from pages where issues are found
  • Screenshots of the scanned website
  • LLM responses used to prepare your report
  • Product analytics, such as pages viewed, scans started, scans completed, and report actions

We may also collect basic technical information, such as browser type, device type, and usage data, to help improve the product.

Why we collect it

We use this information to:

  • Run the website scan
  • Prepare your AgentReady™ report
  • Show your score and recommendations
  • Prevent spam, abuse, and excessive scanning
  • Improve AgentReady™'s scoring, reporting, and user experience
  • Send you the full report if requested
  • Follow up with you about your scan
  • Contact you about AgentReady™, WP Creative services, and related marketing content, where permitted

We do not sell your personal information.

Marketing emails

If you submit your email, we may contact you about your report, AgentReady™, and related WP Creative services.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us.

Even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we may still send important service-related emails about your scan or report.

Website scan data

AgentReady™ scans the website URL you provide.

The scan may collect publicly available website content, including visible text, page structure, screenshots, HTML snippets, and technical signals.

You should only submit URLs you are authorised to scan or have a reasonable right to assess.

How long we keep information

We keep scan data for up to 30 days.

This includes scan results, screenshots, HTML snippets, and LLM responses used in the report.

Lead and contact details may be kept in our CRM indefinitely unless you ask us to delete them.

We may keep limited records where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Third-party services

We may use trusted third-party providers to operate AgentReady™, including services for:

  • Website scanning and hosting
  • Database storage
  • Email delivery
  • CRM and lead management
  • Product analytics
  • AI-assisted report generation
  • Spam and abuse prevention

These providers may process information on our behalf.

Some providers may store or process data outside Australia.

Cookies and analytics

We use PostHog for product analytics.

This helps us understand how people use AgentReady™, which scans complete successfully, and where the product can be improved.

Where required by regional privacy rules, cookie use may be limited or subject to consent.

We may also use essential cookies or similar technologies to keep the tool secure and working properly.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.

No system is completely secure, but we aim to collect only what we need and keep it for only as long as necessary.

Access, correction, and deletion

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you.
